Referral Process
How to start receiving services through OBS
Out of Bounds Support is open to working with organizations doing work with the children of incarcerated parents, and youth in out of home placement. We are also open to receiving referrals from individuals within the community.

Youth/parents referred for programming should match the following criteria:

Youth ages 7-13 with a parent who has had involvement with the criminal justice system within the past year

Youth ages 7-13 in out of home placement

Adults, parents, caregivers who support children who meet the above criteria
